We're looking for a passionate and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and prioritize their time to ensure that the needs of our customers are met in a timely manner. A successful candidate will have experience with both greeting and assisting guests, and should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Check guest into hotel.
- Answer and direct calls.
- Provide other clerical duties as needed.
- Take reservations over the phone.
- Provide other clerical duties as needed.
- Help in house guests with their needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
