JOB SUMMARY : Provide accounting support to assigned units. Assist departmental staff as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
General office duties to include the following :
- Ingesting and Filing Documents
- Copying and Organizing Documents
A / P Vendor setup duties :
Gather and reconcile Hawaiian Airlines e-ticket forms for the HIPAC Division
Work with the Mail Team on Opening Mail and Deluxe Scanning
Weekly Bank deposits
Prepare Audit Accreditation worksheets and processing for Units (ATS / FTS) to fulfill CARF Billing Audit Accreditation
Processing Thrift Store cash receipts
Processing Corps cash receipts to include the following :
Assist departmental staff as needed
Interact with Accountants, other finance department staff, Corps Officers, Program Staff and others as needed.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
OTHER FUNCTIONS :
Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :
High School Diploma or equivalent (, GED)
Work experience in computerized accounting system preferred, familiarity with
Microsoft Excel and Word
Prioritize multiple work tasks to meet tight deadlines
