**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating, and litigating cases.
Responsibilities:
o Conduct legal research and analysis on various general law, for example: Estate, Wills, Trusts, Marriage/Divorce, Real Estate, Domestic, Debt Collection, Foreclosure, etc.
o Not required but prefer experience with Litigation.
o Requires to be able to use Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, Teams, and Client sites.
o Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
o Assist with case management and preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.
o Communicate with professional customer experience with clients, opposing counsel, and all other parties involved in legal matters.
o Attend court hearings, meetings, conferences, and court proceedings as required.
o Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
o Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Skills:
o Strong legal research and writing skills.
o Ability to draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.
o Knowledge of entire legal process.
o Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
o Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
