Job Responsibilities:
As a SCADA and Telemetry Analyst you will maintain all aspects of OT (operational technology) infrastructure for CSB’s wastewater treatment plant SCADA system and pump department telemetry system.
Additional responsibilities:
- Configure, program, maintain and troubleshooting of client/host servers associated with SCADA systems, PLCs, network switches, HMIs, control devices and instrumentation.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting software, data, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during daily operations using diagnostic software, digital multi-meter and other available tools.
- Maintain user documentation, diagrams, flow charts and technical documents.
- Develop PLC ladder logic programs and graphic control screens as well as modify existing programs to accommodate and/or improve control processes.
- Maintain and keep up-to-date licensing agreements, firmware, and software versions for SCADA and Telemetry infrastructure.
- Maintaining, keeping current and backing-up all PLC programs and server configurations.
- Open and coordinated communications with CSB operations and IT staff.

Additional Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2-year technical degree or ISA Certified Controls Systems Technician with 3 years experience, or 7 years’ experience in a Systems Administrator role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferred but not required
- Demonstrated years of hands-on experience with a different degree may be considered in lieu of the specified degrees
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical theory is a bonus
- Ability to use a digital multi-meter
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team with a cooperative attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver’s license
