Job Description: Position Summary: This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor. Principle Duties: Open and close the campus facility per the provided schedule. This includes ensuring all doors and windows are secured and the campus is unoccupied at closing Successfully complete emergency response protocols training In conjunction with faculty and relevant staff, provide guidance and support during emergency situations that may arise Assemble and disassemble desks and chairs in designated spaces Arrange and monitor food and refreshment areas/stations Organize and tidy utilized spaces Other administrative duties and tasks as assigned Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Individual must be organized, punctual, and responsible Be able to lift up to 40 pounds Position Qualifications: Enrolled student actively working to complete the Colleges of Law JD Degree Student must be in “Good Standing” (cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and not on academic probation) Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
