The Senior Titles Manager- Production and Engagement position will be an in-office position at our Denver CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.

SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager – Production & Engagement plays a dual role as both an operational leader and a culture champion within the Titles business line. This individual will oversee day-to-day production execution through a team of Production Managers while fostering a highly engaged, motivated, and performance-driven environment.

Success in this role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, a proactive and positive approach, and the ability to foster strong team dynamics. The ideal candidate is skilled at developing talent, shaping a collaborative culture, and driving results through clear expectations, empowerment, and trust-based leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support a team of Production Managers to ensure delivery on daily performance expectations, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Maintain visibility across all production lines, identify trends, and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure flow and compliance.
  • Provide structured coaching and mentorship to managers, with a focus on leadership growth and team effectiveness.
  • Drive and sustain a culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and champion employee recognition, morale-building, and team cohesion efforts.
  • Regularly report on production metrics, workforce trends, and morale indicators to the Director.
  • Lead initiatives to support career development, skill enhancement, and internal mobility.
  • Act as a connector between frontline needs and upper leadership priorities—ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust.
  • Serve as a visible, accessible, and trusted presence across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years in an operations, production, or people management role (Titles Experience is a plus but not a requirement).
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational awareness with the ability to balance performance goals with people-first leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence culture through positivity, authenticity, and consistency.
  • Experience managing KPIs and using data to drive results without compromising employee morale.
  • Open-minded, approachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Naturally uplifting, energetic, and grounded.

COMPENSATION
This position pays 80,000 to 85,000 per year based on education, skills and applicable work experience.
