Job Title : Epic Ambulatory Analyst - REMOTE - EST Hours

The Select Group is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with experience in AI listening software. This person selected for this role will be certified in Epic Ambulatory and will have experience integrating Ambient listening tools such as Abridge or DAX into the Epic application suite.

Must Have Skills :

Epic Ambulatory Certification
ASAP Proficient
Experience with Ambient listening or dictation software in a healthcare setting

Nice to Have Skills :

Epic ASAP Certification

Education / Certification Requirements : Bachelors Degree

Day to day responsibilities :

Daily Responsibilities for Epic Application Build Consultant :

Epic Ambulatory Integration :

Assist in the integration of medical device technology into the Epic Ambulatory system.

Configure and customize Epic Ambulatory modules to ensure seamless operation with medical devices.

Possibly collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure proper integration of Ambient listening tools like Abridge with Epic.

Collaboration & Communication :

Act as the liaison between clinical, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful integration and utilization of new technologies.

Attend and contribute to daily stand-up meetings to discuss project milestones and issues.

Provide expertise and training to hospital staff on using Epic and newly integrated tools (e.g., Ambient listening or dictation software).

Testing & Validation :

Perform system testing and validation to ensure integrations work correctly with both medical devices and the Epic platform.

Identify potential issues during testing and work with the development team to resolve them before go-live.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integration processes, and workflows.

Provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress and challenges.

Remote Info : This position will have remote work

Onboarding : Standard 10 panel drug test, 7 year BGC
