We are seeking a Food Service Director to join our team in our state of the art assisted living facility The Sentinel of Amsterdam.
You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.This key leadership position is hands-on and requires someone who can prioritize multiple tasks, direct a team and work well with all levels of staff to ensure the successful operation of Food & Nutrition services for the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
