Technical Advisor - Sewell Fleet Management
The Sewell Family of Companies is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Sewell Fleet Management team as a technical advisor in Ft. Worth, Texas. The technical advisor focuses on customer service to accommodate our clients’ fleet needs. As part of Sewell Fleet Management, the individual will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the organization’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make necessary outbound calls at our call center for client’s fleet services.
- Assist with processing and updating items submitted electronically
- Handle clients’ needs according to protocol and situations, assisting in locating service centers, approving maintenance and services needed, and maintaining communication through our fleet management system
Schedule: Full-Time with flexible opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in using a computer and multiline phone system
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in automotive, fleet, or maintenance & service.
- A desire to provide concierge level customer service at all times
