The ED&I Data Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production support and quality assurance functions and personnel within the ED&I organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability and smooth functioning of existing data operations processes and workflows and collaborating with other functions to implement and operationalize data operations practices across the organization. The role works closely with Business and IT teams as well and Vendors to optimize the efficiency, responsiveness, and quality of deliverables across the ED&I organization.
- Responsible for production support and quality assurance functions within the ED&I organization
- Manage ServiceNow production support queue to ensure response time and resolution SLAs are met
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and smooth functioning of existing data operations processes and workflows
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to ensure successful delivery of commitments and alignment on timelines
- Oversee data integration processes by managing and optimizing processes for integrating data from various sources into a centralized repository or data warehouse, ensuring that data is accurately and consistently merged and updated
- Identify any impediments to project progress and work with the relevant stakeholders to drive resolution
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data operations practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business partners, analysts, and development teams

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.
