branch.

The Start Technician (Start Tech)

is responsible for

providing 5-star customer service to new customers, performing

the first pest control application by applying chemicals and other manual solutions to

eliminate

pests.

Please note: while applications will be reviewed and interviews may begin earlier, the official start date for this role is expected to be [Feburary,22,2026]. Candidates must be available to begin employment on or shortly after that date.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and
  
  

maintain

accurate

, organized records.

• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and personal safety gear in good working condition, while
  
  

utilizing

technology to manage appointments and customer records.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of customer service experience, preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older and
  
  

possess

a valid driver's license, as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role

Driving record must meet the company's insurance standards

• Earn and
  
  

maintain

state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided)

Required Availability:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday!
