The Sicilian Butcher is a Chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore. It is a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept and is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix.

Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a baker/cook
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Communication skills

A Day in The Life

Prepare delicious pastries at the Sicilian Baker.
Put together baked goods that delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery, and follow recipes closely.
Move around the kitchen quickly and multitask
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients (baking, chopping, peeling, vegetables, etc.)
Cook food with various utensils or equipment
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
Ensure great presentation
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check the quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
