A well-respected manufacturing company and leader in the food packaging world is looking for a Risk Management Director. This is a very targeted and critical role for the organization and therefore requires a specific base of experiences and certifications. The right new Risk Leader will have multi-industry experience (real estate, hospitality, manufacturing), bring risk and insurance experience across those industries, led captive insurance programs, and come with the requisite certs : CRM, ARM, CPCU among others.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, risk management or related field of study is required
- Either advanced certification in Risk Management (e.g. CRM, ARM, CPCU, or other relevant professional certification) or a Master’s degree
- Must have relevant and demonstrated risk industry experience across several areas including captive insurance programs, commercial lines of property, casualty and workers’ compensation programs, claims management, and more
