Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual for the role of Front of House Events for on-site event execution. This person would begin training asap and the main point of contact for events. This role supports our current FOH lead. This position is part-time, as-needed and is seasonal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify BEOs, review venue documents.
- Plan and manage event setups, direct FOH staff.
- Serve as the main client contact during events.
- Supervise event breakdown and build strong vendor relationships.
- Lead team meetings and participate in weekly strategy meetings.
- Pack storage for events
Requirements:
- Proven management experience and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to receive feedback and give feedback
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and flexibility in scheduling.
- Open availability Wednesday through Sunday with a 2-week notice for new events.
Desired:
- Experience managing teams in catering or restaurant settings.
- Bartending or bar management experience preferred.
Compensation: $22-25 per hour tips
Schedule:
- Typically: Mondays and Tuesdays off.
- Open availability required Wednesday through Sunday.
- Schedule is usually known months in advanced.
