What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Mental Health QP position at The Sparc Network?
We are looking for enthusiastic Qualified Mental Health Professionals to provide in-home Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in the Iredell County, NC and Catawba County, NC areas. FCT is designed to keep children in the home or work with the family to promote reunification from an out of home placement.
Starting pay is $50,000/Year Incentive Bonuses.
Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required (Psychology, Sociology, other). Our business office can confirm if you qualify. No FCT experience is necessary. Higher salary with prior FCT experience.
Current or prior certification in FCT® is a plus, but not required. Clinicians who complete their FCT certification in 6 months will receive a $1500 bonus. Those who complete the process in 9 months will receive a $1000 bonus.
