Duties / Responsibilities :

Manage, respond, and follow up on all incoming leads utilizing CRM software.

Work with clients using a consultative sales approach to guide their buying journey.

Meet with clients and perform professional demonstrations and test drives.

Become an expert on the sales process and our changing inventory.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Assist customers by arranging F&I products and logistics.

Complete company and state sales paperwork.

Maintain online social media presence and pursue leads and customers through unconventional channels (Ex. Instagram, Facebook Groups, Forums).

Collaborate with marketing to create informative sales content for your social media.

Report leads and sales data to ownership through weekly 1 on 1 meetings.

Work with ownership to set and achieve sales targets and goals.

Learn to overcome obstacles and thrive within challenging sales situations.

Assist with dealership marketing events.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Education and Experience :

Passionate European car enthusiast preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

3 years of related experience. Highline & exotic sales experience preferred.

A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.

Ability to drive a manual.

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs at times.

Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
