**Charge Nurse Position:**
As a Charge Nurse, your primary responsibility is to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Assist patients with daily tasks, promoting independence and self-esteem. Manage geriatric syndromes and educate family members in implementing best practices for older adults.
