We are a skilled nursing and therapy facility that recognizes commitment, talent and reliability. The Transportation Driver’s primary responsibility is to assist our team by transporting residents to and from appointments.
Responsibilities and Purpose
- Transporting residents utilizing company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
- Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Assist residents as needed to safely complete the transfer.
- Must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs, and transport wheelchair patients on paved and unpaved surfaces.
Desired Experience and Education
- Clean driving record required.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
