Responsibilities
- Serve as the central Project Manager for a large enterprise user migration initiative
- Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework across all project workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including:
- Windows server and desktop support
- File storage
- Access management and credentialing
- End-user device support
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage release cycles and deployment calendars across server, network, and cloud environments
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Establish and maintain standardized communication channels for technical teams and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level status reporting
- Provide regular updates and briefings to leadership on project progress and risks
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies
- Proven experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
- Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, GitLab, or similar
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, servers, and cloud services
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience managing change in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting large user migration or modernization initiatives
- Background working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments
- Ability to translate technical details into executive-level communications
- This role is onsite in Washington, DC
- U.S. Citizenship is required per client contract
- W2 Hourly rate: $110-120/hour. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, and location, and are subject to change at any time.
