The Staff Pad is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative who will play a critical role in driving business growth in the residential moving and storage market. This position is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals with excellent communication skills who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
You’ll be responsible for managing pre-qualified leads, conducting virtual assessments for household relocations, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. You will also develop relationships with homeowners, renters, and referral partners such as realtors and leasing agents.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with leads and prospects to conduct virtual service assessments
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into booked moves
Generate new business through networking and prospecting activities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Track and update customer interactions in the CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Submit complete and accurate paperwork for booked services
Support customers throughout the relocation process to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
Prior sales experience (moving/storage industry experience is a plus)
Highly motivated with a proven ability to close deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable using virtual tools and CRM platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000-$70,000 annually, based on performance and experience.
