As a Home Stager, you will collaborate closely with other team members to enhance the visual appeal of properties, ensuring they stand out in the competitive market. Maintaining an organized and systematic warehouse where inventory is stored, selected, packed and unpacked is essential job function as well.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of stagers to understand the vision and staging needs for residential properties.
- Utilize photos and videos from properties to create staging plans and layouts.
- Select appropriate furniture, decor, lighting and accessories that align with the target market and enhance the property’s features.
- Maintain an organized inventory of staging materials and furnishings.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of staging and make necessary adjustments.
- Strategize with team on inventory deficiencies and purchases to enhance inventory.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
