What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
The IT Project Manager will play a role in a variety of projects of various sizes, durations, and complexities. Projects may span two or more divisions, rely on new technologies, possess large capital budgets, or have significant impact on the Information Technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing work streams and collaborating between business groups, all striving towards a shared end goal.
In this role, you will facilitate projects using waterfall and hybrid/agile methodologies with on-shore and off-shore resources, cross-functional and cross-organizational team members, and in a matrixed-managed environment. Your responsibilities include project communications, project schedules, financial management, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities. You will initiate corrective actions as appropriate to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
The Skills & Background You’ll Need
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years of project management experience.
- EDUCATION: HS Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- PMP/Agile certification is preferred.
- Success in leading medium to large-scale, complex, technical cross-organizational projects using various project management methodologies – waterfall/hybrid/agile.
- Fosters teamwork at all levels through influence over authority and meeting facilitation.
- Managing risks and impediments.
- Experience with budgets and financials such as: forecasts, actuals, variances, accruals, time-tracking.
- Facilitation of agile practices such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning, velocity and financial analysis.
- Experience with Project Online, Apptio, Jira, or/or Confluence is preferred.

The Standard’s package also includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Salary Range:
