We are searching for a Safety Coordinator to join our growing team at Beltline Services in Brandenburg, Kentucky.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Conduct Safety orientation and annual training.
· Complete job site specific safety plans and audits.
· Responsible for DOT program compliance, auditing and drug testing, and file maintenance.
· Input and maintain training recordkeeping with training tracking software program
· Conduct accident investigations and root cause analysis.
· Communicate safety trends and opportunities for improvement to management, field supervision, customers, and employees.
· Active member of professional safety team. Participate in establishing best practices and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
· Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field or equivalent experience.
· Exhibit professionalism and conduct that sets an example of the core values of the organization.
· Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA Law and DOT rules and regulations.
· Ability to train and communicate effectively and efficiently.
· Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, strong time management and organizational skills.
· Excel in a fast-paced change-oriented environment.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
· Preferred experience in construction or union environments with fluctuating volume of projects and activity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
