Position Summary & Responsibilities:
This position provides a high level of cleaning in all areas of service and facility spaces. Some spaces would include public use areas such as restrooms, lobbies, break rooms, galleries, classrooms and hallways, Samples of some duties would include cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, window and glass cleaning and all types of floor maintenance such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, mopping, scrubbing and waxing.
The position provides maintenance services for special events by setting up and taking down tables, chairs, partitions walls, stages and podiums. The position will provide some support for buildings and grounds type work such as wall and ceiling repairs, snow removal, lawn care and also provide support for a variety of special requests.
This work requires moderate to heavy physical activity, must be agile and able to lift 50 lbs.
This position can average up to 20 hours per week.
