The Multimedia Production Intern will assist in the timely production of videos, animated graphics, and related content for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and events, under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Marketing and Creative Strategy.

Hours are flexible. Typically 10-15 hours per week during the academic year and up to 20 hours per week in the summer. Paid Positions: Undergraduate students $16.00/hour: Graduate students $18.00/hour.

Responsibilities Include
- Work with submitted and existing footage to produce short-form videos in multiple formats to support SUNY marketing campaigns, social media, and events
- Create animated graphics and static graphics in multiple formats to support SUNY marketing campaigns, social media, and events
- Occasionally assist in filming original video content
- Apply SUNY style guidelines and campaign styles to create content that adheres to SUNY brand standards and works within a larger suite of content and messaging
- Suggest and develop creative, engaging content to deliver desired messaging across multiple platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Meet regularly with the creative team to plan and develop multimedia content
- Deliver assignments on deadline
Required Qualifications:
- Current SUNY student in any field of study
- Familiarity with video production and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects) or similar
