The Sterling Center is a community based, non-profit agency that specializes in child welfare using trauma informed and family systems approaches. Our agency comes from humble beginnings; starting with only a few clinicians in Fort Myers, today we receive referrals from all over the gulf coast, central and northeast, FL. Our agency founder, Dr. Sterling, is passionate about the work that is being done in the community. Our clients know that The Sterling Center clinicians are a partner and advocate for their families. We work collaboratively with families on goal setting and making lasting changes to improve their quality of life and wellbeing. Here at The Sterling Center, we are equally passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging culture for our clinicians. This an an agency that helps you to reach your goals as a clinician . What can you expect from us? That we will help you establish a solid clientele of full time (25 clients), bi-weekly pay, opportunities for telehealth work as needed, your choice of geographical areas you would like to serve, a flexible schedule, and qualification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Additionally, our clinicians have access to the admin team who takes care of billing and intake/scheduling your first session.

What we are looking for:

1. Must hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.

2. Be eligible to register as an intern or be fully licensed.

3. Full time= 25-30 clients

4. Case notes submitted within 24-48 hours after the date of service
