We're currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Teacher to join our team, collaborating closely with lead educators to ensure the delivery of top-notch education that aligns with our mission and progressive pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employ effective classroom management strategies in harmony with Summit’s mission and progressive teaching methods.
- Cultivate classroom routines that foster both physical and intellectual independence and autonomy among our students.
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating engaging learning activities under the guidance of lead teachers.
- Provide invaluable clerical and classroom support as required, ensuring the seamless operation of our educational environment.
- Offer additional supervision during various school activities, such as class time, lunch, recess, and field trips, ensuring students' safety and engagement.
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions, assisting students in mastering materials and reinforcing learning concepts.
- Support the lead teacher’s directives and maintain the student experience in their absence, demonstrating adeptness in independent supervision.

Requirements:

- Preferred bachelor's degree.
