As the Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will serve as a point of contact for housekeeping staff, guests, other departments and communicate by phone and radio to questions and requests. Enter and retrieve information on reservations, check outs, room rushes, lost items, and other inquiries. You will also play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department. Your energy and enthusiasm will shine as you provide administrative support, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications{{:}}- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Minimum 6 months previous housekeeping experience required
- Experienced in scheduling and budgeting department according to occupancy
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Bilingual a plus
