Position: Learning and Talent Development Intern - Summer 2025 (full-time)
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary Range: $19 - $22 per hour
The Superior Group is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in the TSG Co-Op or internship program during the Summer 2025 term (May – August). We rely on our interns to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion as you bring fresh ideas to the table.
Under the guidance of our Learning and Talent Development team, you’ll work alongside our Learning and Talent Development Manager and to our organization as they work across many departments to ensure that the training developed meets the needs of each function in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Help support various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for TSG employees
- Help maintain records of completed training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Help track and manage leadership program requirements to ensure compliance
- Help manage our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide basic technical support and customer service to TSG team members
- Collaborate with project team subject matter experts to identify learning/training opportunities from current and new processes
- Help support with learning initiatives from department career pathways.
- Help support deployment of online content and coordinate aspects of in person training
- Help to support construction and safety
- Help to create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools
- Help to support design of content to optimize learning
- You’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across different teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for talent development
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
- Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Graphic, Digital, Instructional Design or related field.
