The successful candidate will be responsible for This position is responsible for the daily administration of the loan portfolio. (This is a hybrid remote position)SBA/USDA Portfolio Manager responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and servicing of the portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with SBA, USDA and Bank policies and procedures
- 10 years’ experience of USDA Servicing and liquidation
- 10 years of special assets management
- Provide mentoring and leadership for team member
- Managing the collections process
- Manage the renewal process of maturing loans in the portfolio
- Perform annual reviews on all loans in the portfolio
- Collect all financial documents and other documentation to ensure compliance with loan covenant and risk ratings.
- Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual loan management reports as prescribed
- Have a proficient knowledge of the SBA SOP 50-57, SBA 50 10 & USDA Regulations
- Manage the SBA & USDA Guaranty Liquidation process
- Manage the loan work-out process, including collateral liquidation
- Assists manager with the training and mentoring of team member
- Ability to assess each borrower’s credit and ability to repay their loans though the annual review process and recommend a risk rating based on credit
- Assists borrowers on servicing actions on their loans using applicable bank, SBA and USDA policies and procedures
Salary : $135,000
