Job Summary
As the Operations Admin Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of each installation are well organized. You will follow the project from sold through to job fulfillment, ensuring the job is ready for install on the date promised and completed in the set time frame. You will be working with the installation department to hit weekly goals and keep the jobs within our job cost standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and equipment
- Liaise with clients & General Manager to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and are responsible for schedule management
- Understand budgets for each specific job
- Be able to analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports keeping our database updated
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have creative problem solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes with a can do attitude
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
