Qualifications :
3 years’ experience in fine dining, Michelin preferred
Effective communicator
Up to date and passionate about culinary trends
Excellent strategic planning skills
Ability to adapt and lead change in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven and a solid track record of leading high-caliber, upscale restaurants at a multi-unit level
