The Tax and Accounting Group is hiring for a Tax Manager to be part of our team. This is a permanent position working full-time (40-50 hrs./week) during tax season and roughly 32 hours per week for the remainder of the year. Based in Everett, Washington, we serve our community in financial and tax services for individuals, businesses, non-profit entities, estates, and trusts.

Position requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of public tax accounting experience.
- CPA license in good standing with Washington’s Board of Accountancy or Enrolled Agent.
- Energetic, a self-starter, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills required for managing multiple client engagements.
- Desire to share knowledge and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and promote our services to future clients.
- Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts using Axcess Tax, Fixed Assets, Engagement, and Project Management software.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff needs, including tax planning.

- Stay current on CPE training, current tax practices and changes in tax law.
- Prepare complex tax returns as needed.
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
