Specializing in counseling for boundaries, assertiveness skills, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life issues, ADHD, Trauma,bAutism Spectrum Disorders and other mental health diagnoses for adults and adolescents. Our mission is to provide a superior counseling and coaching experience to help individuals set and achieve their goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time in- person or online, or hybrid independent contractor role for a Mental Health Therapist at The Therapist, PLC. The role involves tasks such as treatment planning, social work, case management, family therapy, and providing mental health support. While primarily based in Brainerd, MN, the role allows for flexibility with remote work options. In terms welcome!

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Family Therapy skills
• Social Work and Mental Health expertise
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Strong understanding of family dynamics and therapy approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
