If you’re passionate about delivering quality workmanship and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you! We’re currently seeking skilled Subcontractors (1099) for our Roofing and Gutter Departments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Expert Installations: Execute installations of windows, doors, siding, gutters, or roofing with precision and care.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Review work orders and instructions thoroughly before heading out to ensure clarity.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep customer residences tidy and organized during and after your work.
- Open Communication: Stay in touch with the project’s Installation Supervisor to ensure seamless execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Tools & Transportation: Own the necessary tools and have a clean, reliable truck.
- Insurance Coverage: Hold General Liability, Worker’s Comp, and Auto Insurance.
- Work Ethic: Verifiable work history showcasing dependability and punctuality.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
