About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced Window Installation Crews (1099 subcontractors) who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering the highest quality installations. As a key part of our team in Solon, Ohio, you’ll help us deliver beautiful, energy-efficient window solutions to homeowners across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Precision Installation: Perform professional, high-quality installations of windows, ensuring every detail is covered and the final product exceeds expectations.
- Customer Focus: Treat each home with respect, keeping the workspace clean and organized during and after the installation.
- Collaborative Communication: Maintain open communication with the Installation Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Thorough Pre-Check: Review work orders carefully before heading out to ensure every installation is seamless and completed to specification.
What You’ll Bring:
- Required Insurance: General Liability, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance coverage.
- Tools and Reliable Transportation: Your own tools and a clean, dependable truck for transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Experience and Reliability: Proven history in window installation, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
