What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House – Kitchen position at The Tomato Head?
This role is based out of our West Knoxville location! The kitchen staff work at one of five different stations and use the prepped ingredients to prepare our menu items. Kitchen stations include Pizza, Pizza Oven, Hot Sandwich, Cold Sandwich and, Salad.
- Follow our recipes and portions to assemble and cook menu items
- Communicate with fellow kitchen staff so that all food is plated in a timely manner for service to guests
The typical path of advancement is to become a kitchen trainer, shift leader or kitchen manager.
