Looking to Grow Young Minds (Lead Infant Teacher)
We are looking for positive individuals looking to join our “Tot Spot Family”. We seek energetic
individuals looking to work in a fun, loving, positive, diverse family environment. The Lead Infant Teacher position pays
between $15-$18 based on education, in-class teaching experience,and availability. We are looking for Lead Infant Teachers that are willing to take ownership of their classroom. A Lead Infant Teacher will lead classroom education,
general classroom management, and student supervision. This will include the ability to implement
activities for children that stress the physical, social, and emotional growth of young minds. We are looking
for a Lead Infant Teacher willing that believe in our culture.

Lead InfantTeacher Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support and implement The Tot Spot philosophy in both classroom activities and routine conversation.
*Interact with children throughout the day.
*Look, listen and learn from our students.
*Respond to our children's needs, emergencies, and conflicts that might occur.
*Meet and build relationships with parents and staff
