Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes, job development, and job search activities directed toward positions individualized to the interestes and abilities of consumers.
- Advise clients on setting and achieving employment goals.
- Discuss skills needed to find a job.
- Complete job applications and resumes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses.
- Assist consumers in seeking and maintaining employment.
- Knowledge of workplace accomodations.
- Assist with teaching vocational classes in local high schools.
Prior HR experience a PLUS*
Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities, either professionally or personally, a PLUS*
Prior teaching experience a PLUS*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
