WHO WE ARE:
The Truss Company is a leading manufacturer of engineered wood roof and floor trusses, selling to the residential, commercial, and agricultural construction markets throughout the PNW. We focus on long-term customer relationships by providing high-quality products and services at a competitive price.
WHO YOU ARE:
You will be an integral part of the Production Team. Together with your teammates, you will work to build a high-quality roof truss package for our customers. You will be reliable, enjoy working with your hands, and comfortable working with hand tools.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prior carpentry experience helpful
· Ability to follow instructions
· Able to work in inclement weather conditions
· Able to continuously walk throughout shift
· Must be able to lift frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally with assistance, if needed, up to 100 lbs.
· Will be required to wear ear plugs and eye protection
· Will be able to work overtime and or weekends when necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
