TRUST ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary: Assist one or more Account Officers with the day-to-day administration of trust clientr elationships and new business development. Must be interested in trust industry training. Job includes answering telephone calls, greeting guests, and mail processing.

Type of job: Full-time; salaried; non-exempt.

• Trust, legal, banking, or accounting experience preferred.
• Word/Excel proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Personal cell phone required for multi-factor authentication for software access.
• Ability to lift standard file boxes (approximately 35 pounds) required.
Administrative Tasks (not inclusive):
• Answer main telephone line and direct calls appropriately; Greet walk-in clients, vendors, and referral sources-connect them with internal staff; Collect daily mail from USPS PO box at 2nd and Waco, and from PO box located in office building; Distribute mail internally; Receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services; Prepare daily remote bank deposits and provide information to Operations
• Prepare for client and prospect meetings
• Open and close accounts within trust accounting software and ongoing account maintenance
• Transfer documentation for IRAs or transfer instruction letters for various account types
• Customer relationship management maintenance
• Trade processing
• Bill paying-approve for processing
• Distribution or Contribution Memos-prepare for processing
• File creation for original documents (Trusts, Wills, etc.); Filing &/or scanning of various documents
• Account Annual Reviews, Open/Closed and Interim Reviews
• Completion of life insurance claim documents; submit savings bonds for redemption
• Unique Assets tasks/Errands/Off-site duties requiring physical presence of employee(s)
• Assist marketing department with special projects and mailings
• Provide exceptional service to clients and referral sources
• Work with sales team to achieve annual team new revenue goal
