We are looking to add a professional sales person to our executive team to help run the Department of Franchise Expansion. This position will be your “career maker” if you want it.

The Tutoring Center® Franchise Corp (www.tutoringcenter.com) is one of the most highly decorated franchise companies in the after-school learning industry. Because of this, we want to bring on a strong, top level, proven sales performer who has sold franchises before and now would like a new challenge to help and work with Dr. Thalheimer, the President and Founder of The Tutoring Center® Franchise Corp, to help increase growth. While you may have great sales experience, we are also looking for the right sales professional; a proven individual with the highest levels of Integrity, Quality, Enthusiasm, Service and Teamwork. These five qualities make up our Guiding Principles, and they are embedded in every aspect of our Company and our Franchise candidates. While sales are important to us, we are looking for that rare sales professional, who will dedicate themselves to finding the right Franchisees to invest in and run our Centers; those committed to IQuEST (our Guiding Principles). This is NOT just another sales job, you will be a key member of the Executive Team, working closely with Dr. Edward S. Thalheimer, President and Founder of The Tutoring Center®. In other words, by selling our franchises to the right people, “you will make a significant difference” in the lives of children throughout the United States and Internationally. WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?…..

• You will help Dr. Thalheimer run the Department of Franchise Expansion.
• Expansion receive between 100 and 200 new leads per month from interested franchise applicants, that have found and contacted us through our franchise marketing and advertising campaign. Your job is to contact and followup on these leads, and most importantly, develop strong relationships with these prospective franchisees.
• You will help qualify your franchise applicants, by looking very carefully at their commitment to IQuEST and their passion to help children be successful in life.
• You will maintain personal contact and build relationships with potential franchisees from the time they attend Discovery Day, until they become an official Franchisee. Even after one of your applicants becomes a Franchisee, you will have the opportunity to continue to build that great relationship when we hold Franchise Training events.
• You will make sure that every applicant receives the highest level of our Guiding Principles (IQuEST); Integrity, Quality, Enthusiasm, Service, and Teamwork. This is the framework and foundation for everything we do at The Tutoring Centers.
• You will help prepare for Discovery Days, which Dr. Thalheimer and the entire Executive Team are involved with. Discovery Days are typically held the first Friday of each month.
• You will supervise our Franchise Marketing campaign and are the liaison with our national Franchise Advertising Portals.
• WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?….
• You are a seasoned Franchise sales professional with at least 3 years experience in franchise sales and development, with a good track record of success in achieving sales goals and signing franchise agreements. We will not consider applications without a nice track record of actual Franchise sales experience.
• Franchise sales experience and a record of success in the after school learning industry, is what we are looking for.
• You have a strong commitment to our Guiding Principles; Integrity, Quality, Enthusiasm, Service, and Teamwork.
• You have impressive phone, live discussion, and email communication skills.
• You have strong organizational skills, and a strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
• You already have a good understanding of the legal requirements of the franchise sales and registration process, including a good understanding of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
• You have a strong ability to interact, engage, build relationships, and work with franchise applicants in a manner that leads and motivates well qualified applicants to join our Franchise Team.
• You have a strong work ethic and you use this work ethic and all your skills to help you close franchise sales for well qualified franchise applicants who are well educated, financially strong, and most importantly, through selling our franchises, you have a strong passion to help children be successful in life.
