Floor Leader | Calm in the Rush
Shift Captains are the point person during service. They keep the day moving smoothly and support the team on the floor.
You will:
Lead daily shifts and set the tone- Support and coach team members
- Ensure standards are followed
- Handle guest issues in the moment
- Communicate with leadership when things go sideways
You’re a great fit if you are:
Experienced in food, beverage, or retail- Confident and steady under pressure
