We are in search of a Cashier/Sales/Print individual to join our growing team. We need an outgoing, friendly and social person who will be responsible for maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. This individual will be required to accept payments from customers, use a cash or check processing terminal and communicate product information in a clear and knowledgeable manner. The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, print productions and point-of-sale devices. We're looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who is comfortable working within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Previous retail sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Print shop experience, preferred but not required.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Keep current on good customer service practices.
- Keep the cash drawer secure.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Answer questions about merchandise and services.
- Operate computerized cash register system.
- Strong computer and internet skills.
