What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Store Associate position at The UPS Store 7408?
We are seeking a dynamic Front Store Retail Associate to join our team. We are looking for 2 people to work: 7:30AM-1:30PM, 1:30pm-6:00PM M-F and You will have to be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (No Exception). If you have a passion for sales and customer service and if you have an out going friendly personality and can work on your own and multitask than this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities (Store Assistant)
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
- Assist customers with document services
- Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment
- Ring sales in a computerized register
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
- The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds
- Has to be available for Saturday and Sunday
