Copy and Print Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, print skills, graphic knowlegeble, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively sell and recommend items to customers.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Provide support in resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and change calculations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
