Qualifications:
- Associate degree or Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
- Five or more years of relevant experience, ideally in plumbing, water treatment, or utility services.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and experience with computer software (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A Restricted Appliance License (to be obtained within one year).
- Valid driver’s license.
Essential Functions: Professional Expectations & Customer Service Standards:
- Ensure a customer-focused approach, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain a punctual work schedule, completing tasks on time.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Household Service Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and train commercial and household service technicians.
- Control labor and repair expenses while meeting company objectives.
- Lead and direct ongoing training for service technicians and delivery staff.
- Oversee both residential and commercial installations and services as scheduled.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the delivery service, including salt, bottled water, and other products.
- Oversee and minimize labor and delivery expenses.
- Supervise the delivery team, serving as a backup delivery driver when necessary.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company delivery vehicles.
- Work closely with the sales team to establish and maintain customer delivery schedules.
Management Responsibilities:
- Maintain company delivery and service standards.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while staying within budget.
- Monitor departmental budgets and lead the team toward meeting company goals.
- Contribute to safety programs and work closely with the safety committee.
- Assist with product sales and promotions as needed.
- Provide customer service support, including troubleshooting and purchasing parts.
- Serve as a backup for service scheduling and perform other assigned duties.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, bend, and use stairs and ladders.
- Capable of moving objects up to 80 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
- Proficient in using a keyboard, mouse, and other computer equipment.
- Must be able to speak, hear, read, and write in English.
- Ability to crawl, kneel, and perform tasks that require close visual acuity.
- Close visual acuity is required
- Physical ability for this position is considered heavy exerting up to 80 pounds of force occasionally. Over 80 pounds assisted.
