What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at The Vet On Broadway?
The Vet On Broadway aims to exceed in the level of veterinary care we are able to offer to clients and patients. We are currently looking for experienced veterinary receptionists or experienced CSRs who are driven and looking to make a difference in veterinary medicine.
Our goal and clinic motto is to provide our clients and their beloved pets with "More Good Years Together." This includes a wide range of preventative medicine as well as serving for all states of vet care. We will be looking to serve wellness, illness, and injury needs which will include emergencies. Our goal is to build a knowledgeable and cohesive team that allows us to succeed in practicing great veterinary medicine
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, interacting with patients to get check in weights, filling prescription medications, checking out patients complete with handling billing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is recommended
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary team members
- Positive attitude

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
