Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join one of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest and most advanced 24/7 emergency and specialty hospitals. This is a dedicated overnight role working 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a rotating two-week schedule, averaging just 5 shifts every two weeks (approximately 130 working days per year). Compensation is salary-based with no production requirement, allowing clinicians to focus fully on patient care.

Qualifications Needed
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Maryland
- Minimum of 1 year emergency practice experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort and confidence working overnight emergency shifts
- Competitive overnight salary with no production requirement
- Base salary range: $140,000 – $180,000 USD
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
