What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/Caregiver position at The View at Johnson Creek?
We are looking for an exceptional Caregiver for our open Scheduler position.
Undertake a variety of administrative tasks assisting clinical staff and scheduling of employees. A staff scheduler must be an excellent communicator, and be able to foster great relationships with team members. The goal is to ensure that the communities staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Must be on-call and have the ability to work between all 3 shifts with short notice.
Must be willing to work a significant amount of overtime when needed.
Must have:
- Experience working as a caregiver
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent orginization and time management skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Team Building Skills
- CBRF Experience
- All CBRF Certifications
- Experience with Medication Administration in a CBRF
- Flexibility to fill in open unfilled shifts as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
